Terms
Plain terms
- What this is. Kindly Noted helps you write down funeral wishes and a budget. A letter of wishes is not a will, a contract or legal advice, and whether your wishes bind anyone depends on your state’s law. For that, talk to an attorney.
- Your words. You own what you write. You are responsible for it and for who you share links with.
- Prices. The amounts in a letter are the ones you typed. We do not check them, suggest them or recommend any business.
- Keep your link. We cannot recover a lost link or read a letter without one. Print your letter.
- The Planning Pass. $1.95 for one month or $19.50 for one year, paid once, never renewed. During the preview it is free for everyone and nothing is charged. When payments start, a refunded payment ends that Pass.
- Fair use. Don’t use the site to store anything unlawful or to attack it. We may limit how many letters or saves come from one network.
- No warranty. We work to keep the site running and your letter safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available; keep a printed copy.
- Questions. To ask about these terms or the site, Contact WeldonPC, the company that builds and runs Kindly Noted.
- Changes. If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with its date. Version of October 31, 2026.
